Acceptable Use Policy

Effective June 12, 2026.

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines what you may and may not do with The (Unofficial) VoIP.ms MCP Server. It applies in addition to the Terms of Service and to VoIP.ms’s own Acceptable Use Policy, which continues to govern your VoIP.ms account.

You must not

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purpose, or to violate the rights of others.
• Send unsolicited bulk messages (SMS/MMS) or robocalls, or facilitate others doing so, except where you meet all legal requirements and have obtained any approval VoIP.ms requires.
• Send US SMS/MMS traffic without the business and campaign registration that US operators require.
• Conduct telemarketing, autodialer, collection, or short-duration call traffic without the prior authorization VoIP.ms requires.
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, VoIP.ms, or any connected system.
• Share your account or use another user’s credentials without authorization, or use the Service to access a VoIP.ms account that is not yours.

Emergency services

If you use the Service to configure routing, E911, or related settings on your VoIP.ms account, you are responsible for ensuring emergency calling works correctly. Misconfiguration can prevent emergency calls from completing and can incur fees on your VoIP.ms account.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, at our discretion, if we reasonably believe you have violated this AUP, to comply with law, or to protect the Service, other users, or third parties. We may also be required to cooperate with VoIP.ms or authorities investigating abuse.
