What is this charge for?
Your assistant finds the charge in your transactions and explains it: which number's monthly fee, or which calls added up to a usage charge and why each cost what it did. It only reads your account and changes nothing.
Before you start
- The server connected to your AI app, with your VoIP.ms API credentials saved or the server running on your device. How to connect
- Access to these areas, granted when you connect:
- View account & billing
- View call records
- View phone numbers
- View reference data
What to ask
Copy this into your AI app and replace each highlighted blank with your own details. Leave out a line you don't need; the assistant asks about anything missing.
Explain this charge on my VoIP.ms account: [the amount or description] from around [the date]. Show me which calls or numbers it came from. Only read my account; don't change anything.
If your AI app lists the server's workflows (in Claude, the + menu), you can pick “Explain a charge” (explain_charge) instead and fill in the same details.
What VoIP.ms charges
Free: the assistant only reads your records.
VoIP.ms sets these prices; check its site for the current ones. This server's own plans are on the pricing page.
